Following Non Contactable Procedure for Non Contactable Students. 8.Assigning Lead to Counselor/OEC-Out Bound in CRM as well as by sending an email to her with CC to Branch Manager according to Student preferred location. 9.Audit Calls. 10.Maintaining Master Sheets. 11.Target of Online Education Counselor: - 50 Spoken Calls per day & 100 Walk Ins per month. 12.Receiving inbound calls and assisting them with the query. 13.Report making as required by the Call Centre Head. 14.Identify and escalate issues to Call Centre Head 15.Follow up customer calls where necessary
