- Manage the development and implementation of strategic and operational plans aligned with Brand and market place business objectives.
Sales and profit objective responsibility for designated market place account.
Develop a trust relationship with the market place account
Identify customer needs and drive business opportunities inline
Coordinate and align with all the cross-functional teams involved in the market place management on day to basis
Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers in a timely manner and deal with complaints enabling the best possible satisfaction level.
