- · Business degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
· Understand CMMI, highly desirable 1-4 To 5+ yrs Years of experience in CMMI-based Process Improvement
· Experience with implementation of CMMI Level 3 – SVC and development & CMMI Level 5 – SVC and development and above for Process Improvement
· Fully understand the quality assurance practices, procedures and standards
· Should have excellent Excel skills including advance excel
· Demonstrated experience in successfully implementing, developing, designing, and deploying organizational standard processes and process assets using different process representations and platforms for user access and implementation
· Recognized as advanced knowledge in Project Management, Process Management, Service Delivery Management and knowledgeable of emerging trends and industry practices
· Proven abilities in organizational change management, leading multiple projects and Work without supervision with latitude for independent judgment
