The job posting and resume database features of righto.in may be used only for lawful purposes by individuals seeking employment and career information and employers seeking employees. The Company specifically prohibits any other use of righto.in, and all Users agree not to do any of the following:

On nonconformance by users of any of the aforesaid terms as envisaged in section 3 and 6 above, Righto may in its sole discretion, restrict or terminate the offending User's ability to access the Righto Site(s) and determine whether to take any other actions or to remove or request the removal of the User Content. Righto has no liability or responsibility to Users for performance or nonperformance of such activities. Additionally, Righto has the right to initiate appropriate proceedings against the offending user as per law.

6. User Content and Submissions

You are solely responsible for your My Righto Account information, content, messages or other information ("User Content") that You submit, publish or display (hereinafter, "post") on any Righto Site or transmit to other Users. By posting User Content to any Righto Site, You automatically grant, and You represent and warrant that You have the right to grant, to Righto an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, fully paid, worldwide license to use, copy, perform, display, and distribute such User Content and to prepare derivative works of, or incorporate into other works, such User Content, and to grant and authorize sublicenses thereof.

By posting User Content to any public or non-public area of any Righto Site, including message boards, forums, contests and chat rooms, You grant the Company and its parent company and affiliates the loyalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicense able (through multiple tiers), non-exclusive right (including any moral rights) and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, communicate to the public, perform and display the User Content (in whole or in part) worldwide and/or to incorporate it in other works in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed, for the full term of any rights that may exist in such content. You also warrant that the holder of any rights, including moral rights in such content, has completely and effectively waived all such rights and validly and irrevocably granted to You the right to grant the license stated above. You agree that any email send by an employer to a jobseeker for any prospective job opportunity through Righto website may be stored at the Righto account of the said jobseeker for at least a period of 30 days, to enable the said jobseeker to access the email, as send by the employer, to make a conscious decision about the job offer in the said email.

The Company acts as a passive conduit for the online distribution and publication of User Content and has no obligation to screen communications or information in advance and is not responsible for screening or monitoring User Content posted by Users. However, the Company may review and delete any User Content that, in the sole judgment of Righto, violates these Terms of Use, violates applicable law, rule or regulation, is offensive or illegal or violates the rights of, harms or threatens the safety of Users of any Righto Site. The Company reserves the right to expel Users and prevent their further access to the Righto Sites for violating the Terms of Use or applicable law, rule or regulation and the right to remove User Content which is in violation of the Terms of Use, abusive, illegal, or disruptive. The Company may take any action with respect to User Content that it deems necessary or appropriate in its sole discretion if it believes it may create liability for the Company or may cause the Company to lose (in whole or in part) the services of its ISPs or other suppliers.

Righto reserves the right in its sole discretion to investigate and take legal action against anyone who engages in any illegal or prohibited conduct or otherwise violates these Terms of Use, including without limitation, removing the User Content from the Righto Sites and/or terminating the offending User's ability to access the Righto Sites and/or use Righto services. The Company may take any other action with respect to User Content or User actions that it deems necessary or appropriate in its sole discretion if it believes it may create liability for the Company or may cause the Company to lose (in whole or in part) the services of its ISPs or other suppliers.

The Company has no obligation to screen User Content in advance and is not responsible for screening or monitoring User Content posted by Users. If notified by a User of communications which allegedly do not conform to these Terms of Use, the Company may in its sole discretion investigate the allegation and determine whether to take any other actions whether to remove or request the removal of the User Content. The Company has no liability or responsibility to Users for performance or of such activities.

We appreciate hearing from our Users and welcome your comments regarding our services and the Righto Sites. Please be advised, however, that our policy does not permit us to accept or consider creative ideas, suggestions, inventions or materials other than those which we have specifically requested. While we do value your feedback on our services, please be specific in your comments regarding our services and do not submit creative ideas, inventions, suggestions, or materials. If, despite our request, You send us creative suggestions, ideas, drawings, concepts, inventions, or other information (collectively the "Submission"), the Submission shall be the property of the Company. None of the Submission shall be subject to any obligation of confidentiality on our part and we shall not be liable for any use or disclosure of any Submission. The Company shall own exclusively all now known or later discovered rights to the Submission and shall be entitled to unrestricted use of the Submission for any purpose whatsoever, commercial or otherwise, without compensation to You or any other person who submitted the Submission.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account access information and passwords. You shall be responsible for all uses of your Web Site registrations and passwords, whether or not authorized by You. You are not authorized to share your password or other account access information with any other party, temporarily or permanently, and breach of this obligation may tantamount to disabling the Righto account and Righto Services. You agree to immediately notify the Company of any unauthorized use of your Account, and passwords.

8. Additional Terms Applicable to Employers

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your employer account, Profile and passwords, as applicable. You may not share Your password or other account access information with any other party, temporarily or permanently, and You shall be responsible for all uses of Your Righto Site registrations and passwords, whether or not authorized by You. You agree to immediately notify Righto of any unauthorized use of Your employer account, Profile, or passwords.

Employers are solely responsible for their postings on Righto Sites. Righto is not to be considered to be an employer with respect to Your use of any Righto Site and Righto shall not be responsible for any employment decisions, for whatever reason, made by any entity posting jobs on any Righto Site.

You understand and acknowledge that if You cancel Your employer account or Your employer account is terminated, all Your account information from Righto, including saved resumes, network contacts, and email mailing lists, will be marked as deleted in and may be deleted from Righto's databases. Information may continue to be available for some period of time because of delays in propagating such deletion through Righto’s web servers.

Candidate profiles derived from User Content may also be made available through the Sites. Righto does not make any representations regarding the accuracy or validity of such derived works or their appropriateness for evaluation by employers. Derived profiles may vary significantly from User Content.

If at any time during your use of the Righto Services, You made a misrepresentation of fact to Righto or otherwise misled Righto in regards to the nature of your business activities, Righto will have grounds to terminate your use of the Righto Services.

Resume Database

Use of the Righto Employee Database by Employers

You shall use the Righto Employee Database as provided in these Terms and in any contract You have with Righto. You shall use the Righto Employee Database in accordance with all applicable privacy and dataprotection laws, and You agree You shall not further disclose any of the data from Righto Employee Database to any third party unless You are an authorized recruitment agency, staffing agency, advertising or other agency or using the resume explicitly for employment purposes.

You shall take appropriate physical, technical, and administrative measures to protect the data You have obtained from Righto Employee Database from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction.

The Righto Resume Database shall not be used:

In order to ensure a safe and effective experience for all of our customers, Righto reserves the right to limit the amount of data that may be accessed by You in any given time period. These limits may be amended in Righto’s sole discretion from time to time.

9. Additional terms applicable to Job Seekers

When You register with any Righto Site, You will be asked to create an account and provide Righto with certain information including, without limitation, a valid email address (Your "Information").

You acknowledge and agree that You are solely responsible for the form, content and accuracy of any resume or material contained therein placed by You on the Righto Sites.

Righto reserves the right to offer third party services and products to You based on the preferences that You identify in Your registration and at any time thereafter or you have agreed to receive, such offers may be made by Righto or by third parties. Please see Righto's Privacy Statement , for further details regarding Your Information.

You understand and acknowledge that You have no ownership rights in Your account and that if You cancel Your Righto account or Your Righto account is terminated, all Your account information from Righto, including resumes, Profiles, cover letters, saved jobs, questionnaires will be marked as deleted in and may be deleted from Righto's databases and will be removed from any public area of the Righto Sites. Information may continue to be available for some period of time because of delays in propagating such deletion through Righto’s web servers. In addition, third parties may retain saved copies of Your Information.

Righto reserves the right to delete Your account and all of Your Information after a significant duration of inactivity.

Terms for Job Seekers:

Jobseekers have the capability to connect with other job seekers on Righto website through their respective Righto Accounts. This connection can happen only among seekers who have some common background like being colleagues at a company, college alumni, through their connection on email/social networks, or through their common connections on the Professional network. Job Seekers can use their profile in Righto Account for their Professional Network. Job Seekers may limit their profile access & visibility on the Professional network at their discretion. They can also control the flow of social activities related information to their contact IDs using their account settings.

Job Seekers shall use the Professional Networking environment only for the purpose of career-related information; opportunities and dissemination of information thereof through the network and shall not use Professional Networking for promotion of any sales, marketing, collecting/gathering of details of the users for the purpose or other activity, which is not permitted under these terms and Terms of use & Privacy of the Righto website.

As a job seeker, you understand and acknowledge that if you cancel your Righto account or your Righto account is terminated, all your information in the Professional network, will be marked as deleted in and may be deleted from Righto's databases and will be removed from any public area of the Righto Sites. Information may continue to be available for some period of time because of delays in propagating such deletion through Righto’s web servers. However, your connections and third parties may retain saved copies of Your Information.

Terms for Recruiters:

Recruiters associated with Righto’s paid Clients, Customers/ Employers can create their Individual recruiter profile on Righto website, which shall be registered by Righto at its sole discretion. These recruiters will function as authorized users of their company’s Righto account(s). They can use their profile to manage their company’s profile, post jobs, do database searches and perform other recruitment related activities for their company. They can have a direct connection with the jobseekers, who can follow them to know about their activities.

Such authorized recruiters shall be solely responsible for managing Professional Networking profile and will not be able to represent the same account as soon as their engagement terminates with their respective Company. However, such a recruiter's Professional Networking profile will be there on Righto’s Professional Network containing the basic information of such recruiters along with the followers, which can be used by the recruiter for any other Righto Employer in association with the other Righto Employer. Righto reserves the right to delete or remove of any such individual authorized recruiters without notice if it comes to Righto's knowledge or if it is otherwise notified to Righto that it infringes and/or violates any third party’s TradeMark, Copyright and/or any other intellectual property right and Righto may also terminate access to its Website permanently.

On non-conformance of any of the aforesaid terms, Righto reserves the right to delete or remove offending Recruiter Profile without notice if it comes to Righto's knowledge or if it is otherwise notified to Righto that it infringes and/or violates any third party’s Trade Mark, Copyright and/or any other intellectual property right and Righto may also terminate access to its Websites permanently. Righto has no liability or responsibility to Recruiters for performance or nonperformance of such activities. Additionally, Righto has the right to initiate appropriate proceedings against the offending Recruiters as per law.

Terms for Companies / Employers:

Righto’s paid clients/customers who use the site for their recruitment related requirements, and who will now be able to leverage the network through their authorized recruiters. As part of Professional Networking , the company would be able to connect with a larger audience by having direct followers of their profile, and also throughconnections of their recruiters. Through their company profile, they will be able to showcase their company environment, policies & other important information, and engage job seekers through Polls & Surveys.

They will have the sole responsibility of authorizing & managing the recruiters associated with their profile at their own discretion. In the event any of the Employer recruiter’s, engagement terminates with the Employer, having Righto’s Professional Networking representation for the Employer, it shall be the sole responsibility of the Employer to immediately notify Righto about the termination of engagement with the said recruiter and appointment of a new recruiter. Employers shall ensure to keep informed Righto changes/updates in their recruiters as and when any changes thereof from time to time.

10. Mobile Services

If you use the Righto Sites through a mobile device, you agree that information about your use of the Righto Sites through your mobile device and carrier may be communicated to us, including but not limited to your mobile carrier, your mobile device, or your physical location. In addition, use of the Righto Sites through a mobile device may cause data to be displayed on and through your mobile device. By accessing the Righto Sites using a mobile device, you represent that to the extent you import any of your Righto data to your mobile device that you have authority to share the transferred data with your mobile carrier or other access provider. In the event you change or deactivate your mobile account, you must promptly update your Righto account information to ensure that your messages are not sent to the person that acquires your old number and failure to do so is your responsibility. You acknowledge that you are responsible for all charges and necessary permissions related to accessing the Righto Sites through your mobile access provider. Therefore, you should check with your provider to find out if the Righto Sites are available and the terms for these services for your specific mobile devices.

By using any downloadable application to enable your use of the Righto Sites, you are explicitly confirming your acceptance of the terms of the End User License Agreement and the Privacy Statement associated with the Application provided at download or installation, or as may be updated from time to time.

In addition, please note that there are risks, including but not limited to the risk of physical harm, of dealing with strangers, foreign nationals, underage persons or people acting under false pretences. You assume all risks associated with dealing with other users with whom You come in contact through the Righto Sites. The Company makes no claims that the Righto Content may be lawfully viewed or accessed outside of India. Access to the Righto Content may not be legal by certain persons or in certain countries. Your access to Righto sites is at your own risk and You are responsible for compliance with the laws of respective State" jurisdiction as may be applicable to You. These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of India, without respect to its conflict of laws principles. Jurisdiction for any claims arising under this agreement shall lie exclusively with the Courts at Delhi, India. If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms of Use, which shall remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any term of these Terms of Use shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term. Except as expressly provided in an additional agreement, additional terms of use for areas of righto.in, and a particular "Legal Notice," or Software License or material on particular Web pages, these Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between You and the Company with respect to the use of righto.in. No changes to these Terms of Use shall be made except by a revised posting on this page.

22. Additional Terms of Use

Certain areas of righto.in and the other Righto Sites are subject to additional terms of use. By using suchareas, or any part thereof, You agree to be bound by the additional terms of use applicable to such areas.

23. Refund Policy:

We issue refund only for plans mentioned on our Website on pro rata basis.

Eligibility Criteria for Refund:

* If, We are not able to provide to specific services mentioned in the plan purchased bythe user.

* Response on your posted job should be less than our minimum guaranteed responsementioned in the plan.

* Client have to submit valid invoice from Righto for claiming refund.

* Any Claim for refund shall not be entertained after 15 days from the date of purchase of the plan.

* Refund request should be send in writing by the buyer from his registered e-mail ID on Contact@righto.in

Process of refund:

On receipt of claim for refund, our team will contact the user & will authenticate the details provided by the user and revert accordingly. After verification, we will inform the user on the status of approval/non approval of refund. If refund is approved, we will process the refund by original method of payment received. You will receive the credit within 5-7 business/working days.

We do not cater to Placement Agencies and consultancies. Any payments made by Placement Agencies/ Consultancies will not be refunded under any situation.

24. Righto will only provide those services to the paid job seekers which are provided in the package & in case of any dispute regarding services availed by the user, the decision of the management of Righto will be final & binding.

25. Righto does not guarantee job to the jobseeker ( paid as well as free )

26. After getting the job, the jobseekers package will expire, even if he refuses to join & Righto will not be in any way responsible for providing balance services of the package.

27. The packages offered by Righto will automatically expire after the expiry of the validity period mentioned in the package or completion of services offered in the package.

29. Term and Termination

These Terms of Use will remain in full force and effect while You are a User of righto.in at any level. The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to pursue all of its legal remedies, including but not limited to deletion of your User Content from righto.in and the other Righto Sites and immediate termination of your registration with or ability to access righto.in and the other Righto Sites and/or any other services provided to You by the Company, upon any breach by You of these Terms of Use or if the Company is unable to verify or authenticate any information You submit to righto.in or other Righto Site registration. Even after You are no longer a User of righto.in, certain provisions of these Terms of Use will remain in effect.
